Music Integrated Clothing always uses the highest quality materials in our cloting. All of our products come with an unconditional guarantee that they will be free from defects. MIC will gladly replace or refund your purchase price for any defective items that you wish to return.
If you are unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of any item that you have purchased from our online store, you may return it and choose another size or color. We will gladly replace or refund any item with which you are not completely satisfied.
Please note the limitations to our Return and Exchange Policy

>> Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return
If you received your items and they are not what you expected and wish to exchange or return your item then you are responsible for any return shipping fees but we will ship your exchange at no additional cost to you.
1. Place the items that you would like to exchange in a suitable box or envelope. Please include a copy of the original invoice that you received with your item.
2. If you want to exchange your item, please indicate the style, size, and (if applicable) color of your desired replacement item.
3. We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and if you are not, please provide us with a reason for your dissatisfaction.
As mentioned above, you are responsible for any return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a shipping service such as UPS or Priority Mail, or another carrier that provides you with tracking information. Music Integrated Clothing is not responsible for lost shipments.
We admit it, sometimes we make mistakes. If for some reason we make a mistake with your order then we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item at no cost to you
